The Annual HypnoBirthing® Conclave is our
once-a-year gathering that gives us all an opportunity to greet and meet
old friends and make new friends with like minds and a like mission.
We have found a spot that is perfectly matched to our
needs and that we know will make for a memorable Conclave -- the Austin
Doubletree Hotel, a charming and gracious hotel with colonial Spanish
architecture and Southwest décor. The dates selected for this
year’s Conclave are October 3rd, 4th, and 5th.
Registration will take place on Friday afternoon, beginning at 4 p.m.
We are planning 4 Plenary Sessions and 16, 90-minute
classes to select from. Of course, we will also hold the one- and
two-day pre- and post- Conclave certification programs, featuring those
specialty classes that you’ve been waiting for. We also have plenty of
central, wide open space for Exhibits for those of you who have products
or services you want to highlight.
There will be a complimentary Welcome Reception on Friday
evening, followed by our Friday evening program. This year we are
pleased to present Debby Takikawa's mini film festival of Natural
Birthing Stories. The Saturday evening Awards and Recognition Banquet,
will be followed by a great entertainment program.
The Doubletree Hotel is at 6505 N Route IH-35 in Austin.
Everything about our venue lends itself to our kind of people. The room
rate is $119, which represents a significant discount from the standard
rate of $189 (Typical in
metropolitan city), for either double or single rooms. You can
call for reservations at 1-800-347-0330. You will need to secure your
reservation with a credit card, and the hotel started taking
reservations on February 1. Reservations must be made prior to
September 8, in order to receive the special rate. Right now the Code
Name to get the special rate when you call is HypnoBirthing. It
may change for those who wish to reserve on line. We will give you
that number s soon as we receive it. Please keep in mind when making
your travel arrangements that the rates that are extended to the
Institute for all of the events and the meeting rooms are based on a
guaranteed number that will need to be met in room pickups and banquet
and food consumption. This is what
allows us to
keep our Conclave registration fees considerably lower than other
conferences.
If you are arriving by plane you will
come into the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. There will be a
Super Shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for approximately
$15 per person. A taxi will cost approximately $30. If you are driving
in, we will provide a map for you when your registration is confirmed.

Registration Refund Policy
Requests for refund will be granted up until two weeks
prior to the date of the workshop.
No refunds will be granted
following that date in the rare event of extenuating
circumstances
that would preclude your attendance. Requests will be
handled on
individual basis.
