FEE/REGISTRATION INFORMATION
This
workshop is being made available only for doulas, midwives, labor & birth
nurses. In order to attend, you will need to send the following
documentation as proof of your
certification OR proof of business unless you are personally known to
the Instructor.

Copy of your
doula, midwifery, or nursing Certificate OR
-
Copy of your
doula, midwifery, or nursing business brochure and/or business card AND
-
Copies of
Proof of Birth Attendance as a Doula, Midwife, or Labor &
Birth Nurse Form from two different
birth families.

documents listed above must be sent prior to attending the
workshop to the Instructor presenting the workshop.
One
day Course, $175.00 or may vary
Your fee includes the HypnoBirthing® textbook (sent upon registration), a workbook/notebook
packed with
information; and a certificate of completion.
