My
background is in labor and birth nursing. I am well versed in the
medical aspect of birth and have longed for years to show women that
their births can be better.
This year
many households have come into contact with HypnoBirthing as a gentle
means to have a baby. It's been a good year for getting the word out to
our small town. I would like to add how much I have learned as a
practitioner. I have come to understand that my beliefs play a big role
in how I portray myself, and the HypnoBirthing information to women and
their families.
In my
first few months of teaching this material, I don't think I really
believed it. Some of my results showed this lack of faith. Then I also
got on board, probably after a few successes. The results are amazing.
We really do exude a certain energy, either pro or con, no matter how
hard we try to hide it. Now I teach with the confidence of knowing that
HypnoBirthing is true. It works. It shines on mother's faces after they
have ecstatically given birth. It heals my own birth history every time
I see one of these beaming faces. This is a lesson I had to learn on my
own. I'm glad it didn't take too long.
Many times
in the past, I have been downhearted with a heavy burden of attempting
to traditionally educate women in the joy of birth. The traditional
method falls short of giving women and their partners the necessary
tools to achieve that goal. Your method has been a means to help me, as
well as the women I serve.
Thank
you.
